Cofra

The company was founded in 1938 as a family owned and operated footwear company. In 1983 the company received its current name "Kofra".

The Kofra company has chosen the path of continuous development and improvement thanks to the wise and innovative management of the company, which has made it a leader among the manufacturers of safety footwear. In 1997, Kofra became the first Italian manufacturer of safety and special footwear to receive the UNI EN ISO 9001 certificate, which confirms the recognition of Kofra's technological and technical equipment as the best in Italy.

In 2005, Kofra received another important UNI EN ISO 14001 certificate for the focus of the production process on environmental protection, the zero waste of the process of creating footwear by recycling industrial waste.
