Sand Barrier by Thumbs-Up Safety is a durable and dependable impact attenuator. This big-size sand barrel is capable of storing 2100 lb sand. The barrel enables easy external sand weight verification. It boasts of a durable construction from a single piece of polyurethane plastic that eliminates sand leakages. It does not feature any core insert, thereby facilitating easy shipping, storage, and installation. Each barrel is tested and certified to meet the crash-worthy requirements of NCHRP 350.
